
Refund & Return Policy – Puffglownie

At Puffglownie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your handbag, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to make your shopping experience stress-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
✔ Item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✔ The item must be in its original packaging (dust bag, box, etc.).
⚠ Non-Returnable Items:
✖ Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized handbags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
3️⃣ Ship the Item
✔ Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
✔ Include your order number and RA number inside the package.
✔ Ship the item using a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns).
🚚 Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:
✔ Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ Rejected Returns: If your return does not meet the conditions, we will notify you and return the item to you.
⚠ Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchange Policy
Need a different style or color? We allow exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
✔ Check your bank account (it may take a few days for the transaction to appear).
✔ Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
✔ Reach out to us at info@puffglownie.com if you still haven’t received it after 10 business days.
