Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@puffglownie.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
